The project intends to offer the opportunity to volunteers to approach the world of work and to enhance the experiences of all those young people and those who are actively engaged as volunteers.

2. OBJECTIVES

More in detail, the objective of the project is to apply and disseminate an operational model for the certification of competences shared between volunteering and companies that contributes to identifying and enhancing those skills that volunteering produces in the people who engage in it and who can be useful and expendable even in work.

In terms of specific objects, it aims at:

a) enhancing which skills the volunteering experience can produce and propose their integration in the regional and national framework of the Professional Standards.

b) identifying with the contribution of the companies involved which competences developed with the voluntary service turn out to be more effective and qualifying also for the work in the company.

d) modeling a system of certification of competences, recognized by certification bodies, companies, associations that enhances the acquisition of skills acquired in non-formal and informal areas.

This is a project to verify and certify the skills developed in volunteering with reference to the Regional Professions Framework. The main priorities of the tool deal with the after having produced the necessary evidences and after having carried out the final assessment.
