1. AIM
The Personal Career Planning Report E-portfolio is a digital tool designed by National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP).
In e-portfolio people collect, organize and document their educational, professional and personal achievements and experiences with main aim to highlight the skills they have gained through them. It does not simply include a record of their knowledge and experience, but it shows the skills they have acquired through the various activities they have been involved in.
E-portfolio highlights and encourages the development and exploitation of skills that are gaining increasing weight in the modern labor market.
At the same time, it can strengthen self-confidence and creativity, because help candidates feel that they can really support what they claim. It is easy to use and does not require specialized knowledge to complete it.
2. TARGET GROUP
The Personal Career Planning Report E-portfolio digital tool is targeting to capture the skills of all people who are looking for a job and to those who have already job.
3. SECTOR
The e-portfolio is addressed to all professional sectors.
4. HOW TO USE
The e-portfolio application is installed on the computer. The application of the e-portfolio is made in such a way that all the data are installed and stored in the personal computer.
Once installed, the candidate completes all tabs of e-portfolio by his own. The application includes detailed instructions that guide user in completing each section. The e-portfolio can be completed either in Greek or in English. The candidate adds his personal information and a short description, and through the different tabs of the platform he adds descriptions and uploads the data as evidence for each of his skills.
The result of the application (e-portfolio), belongs exclusively to the user, who is responsible for completing, updating and distributing the digital file. He is able to send it via e-mail wherever he wants.
5. LINKS WITH OTHER TOOLS
Apart from the e-portfolio of EOPPEP, there is no other tool that is widely used in Greece.
6. MAIN CONTENT OF PORTFOLIO
The main content of the e-portfolio is the description and files of the basic skills that the candidate has acquired. These skills are:
- Good Knowledge and Use of the Greek Language
The ability to express or interpret concepts, thoughts, emotions, facts and opinions, orally or in writing, as well as the ability to research, collect and process written information. - Knowledge of Foreign Languages
The ability to understand, express and interpret thoughts, feelings, facts and opinions in both oral and written form in languages other than Greek. This skill requires the continued and effective use of foreign languages, which is not always compatible with the possession of relevant degrees. - Numerical Ability
Good knowledge of numbers, measures and structures, understanding mathematical terms and questions in which mathematics can provide answers and solutions to everyday situations in life and work. It also includes the ability to use mathematical thinking - Digital competence
Digital competence requires a sufficient understanding and knowledge of the nature, role and opportunities of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in life and work. - Capability of lifelong learning
The ability to pursue and persist in learning, to organize individual and / or collective learning, combined with effective time and information management. - Flexibility / Adaptability
The ability to adapt to changes and new data and to use the new information and situations in a creative way. - Interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to listen and observe in order to truly understand, discuss, relate and express ideas in a clear and effective way, utilize strategies and skills to work with others. - Problem solving
The ability to evaluate situations, identify problems, examine ways to resolve them, and choose the most appropriate. - Creativity
- The ability to think beyond the ordinary, in order to be creative and to discover new and innovative ways of thinking.
- Working in a group
The ability to work smoothly and efficiently in co-operation with colleagues, to encourage and inspire other members of the team. - Initiative and entrepreneurship

These elements (knowledge or skills) are directly related to the exercise of the individual’s profession and can be the use of specific machines, the implementation of specific information systems, the exercise of specific activities requiring relevant training or experience, etc. - Other skills
