National strategy papers (NSP) to support VNFIL providers in VET/AL

The National Strategy Papers (NSP) aim to advocate for quality and efficiency of the VNFIL system, supporting society and policymakers.

NSP are intended to address the existing gaps in some countries’ national strategies, which include: insufficient support for take-up of validation, and/or low visibility of the process, a low involvement of the voluntary sector, lack of digital tools, and weak links between validation activities in the public, private and voluntary sector (Cedefop Inventory VNFIL 2014).

Designing national strategies and recommendations would support quality and efficient VNFIL system and help to create such links and foster cooperation.
