The 3rd Transnational Meeting for PROFI VNFIL project took place in Patras (Greece) on 03 & 04 February 2020. All project partners participated to this project meeting, which was organized by p-consulting.gr (Greek partner).
The main topics of the meeting were:
- Finalisation of online compendium. The draft version of the online compendium has already been developed and shared online through project website https://profi-vnfil.eu/compendium/
- Discussion about PROFI e-portfolio. Partners decided that it is very important to create an e-portfolio which should be very simple and user friendly. It should consist of two parts 1st part – Professional and 2nd -Technical part. Partners agreed about the content of each part, and the procedure has already started.
- Creation of the training curriculum. Partners discussed about job done for the creation of the training curriculum and the distribution of the online questionnaire for VNFIL professionals. It was decided that the next steps are: identification of expected competencies; combination of theoretical and practical approach for the Joint Staff Training in Perugia on June 2020; training for trainers; translation of training material; trainings for trainers and guidance counsellors in partner countries.
- Discussion about National Strategy papers, which will be initiated on April 2020.
Next meeting will take place in Perugia (Italy) on June 2020 and will be the Joint Staff Training of the trainers who will run the training course.
